Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, whatever the amount and wherever you are.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 14 to 21 business days after your payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery step by step.

Customs and duties

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery by your local customs. They are not included in our prices.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout: the carrier may use your phone number to arrange delivery. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us straight away.

A delay or a problem?

If your tracking does not move for several days, or if anything is wrong on arrival, write to us in the live chat or at support@pureluxury.ch with your order number. We will look into it right away.
