This policy explains which personal data PureLuxury collects on pureluxury.ch, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have.
Who handles your data
PureLuxury, pureluxury.ch. For any request about your data, write to support@pureluxury.ch.
What data we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the pieces you order and the IP address the order was placed from. The IP address helps us prevent fraud.
- When you pay: the name of the payer and the amount, which we see when the payment reaches us through Revolut. We never receive or store card details.
- Customer account, if you create one: your login details and saved addresses.
- Messages: what you write to us in the live chat, through the contact form or by email.
- Newsletter, if you subscribe: your email address and the language you chose.
- When you visit the site: for each order, WooCommerce notes where the visit came from, for example a search engine or a link, so we know which channels bring customers.
What we use it for
- To prepare and ship your order, and for the emails about it: the confirmation, the payment, and the shipping email with your tracking number.
- To answer you in the chat or by email and to solve any problem with an order.
- To send you the newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the end of each email.
- To keep the accounting records the law requires.
Cookies
- woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_… keep your shopping bag. They last at most two days.
- pl_lang_pref remembers the language you chose. It lasts one year.
- sbjs_… note where your visit came from, for the order. They last until you close the browser.
- The live chat uses its own cookies to keep the conversation.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the shop: the hosting of the site and email (Hostinger), the live chat (Tidio), payments (Revolut) and the carriers that deliver your parcel, who receive your name, address and phone number. We never sell data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for ten years, as Swiss law requires. Messages are kept as long as they are needed to help you. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, and account data until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to receiving the newsletter, by writing to support@pureluxury.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live; in Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
