Terms & conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on pureluxury.ch. By placing an order, you accept them.

The shop

• PureLuxury sells bags, shoes, clothing and accessories online and delivers to every country.
• Photos and descriptions show each piece as faithfully as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Availability can change. If a piece is no longer available after you have paid, we let you know and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are the ones shown at checkout when you order. Shipping is free.
• Each order is paid once, on Revolut’s secure page, with the amount and the order reference: by card, Apple Pay or Revolut. We never see or store card details and there are no automatic charges.
• Your pieces are reserved while we wait for your payment. If the payment does not arrive, we may cancel the order.
• Once the payment is confirmed, you receive an email and we prepare your order.

Delivery

• Shipping is free and tracked to every country. Delivery takes 14 to 21 business days after the payment is confirmed, and you receive the tracking number by email.
• Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.
• Please check your address and phone number when you order. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away.

Returns

The conditions are in the returns policy.

Use of the site

• To order, you must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country.
• You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, disrupt how it works or try to access other customers’ accounts or our systems without permission.
• The texts, images and the rest of the content of the site belong to PureLuxury or to their authors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

We do everything we can for every order to arrive as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, or for indirect damage, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and a change never applies to an order that has already been paid.
