Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Contact us at support@pureluxury.ch to initiate a return.

Important Notes

• Customs & Duties — International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery Attempts — Our carriers will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package will be held at the nearest collection point.
• PO Boxes — We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address.
• Processing Time — Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
