Orders & General

How do I place an order? +

Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size/color, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order? +

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us at support@pureluxury.ch as quickly as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping? +

Yes! All our orders come in premium packaging. For a special gift wrapping service with a personalized message, add a note at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? +

We ship worldwide to over 100 countries. Some restrictions may apply to certain regions. Check our Shipping page for a complete list of delivery zones and estimated delivery times.

How long does shipping take? +

Delivery times vary by region: Europe (5-10 business days), United Kingdom (7-12 business days), Rest of World (10-20 business days). You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Is shipping free? +

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €150. For orders under €150, a flat shipping fee applies based on your location.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status in your account under "My Orders".

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

How long does a refund take? +

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item? +

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Contact us at support@pureluxury.ch to arrange an exchange.
